If anything, the only reason I was for this bill is because border states are having issues with Narcos and those guys are fucked up.
and by lending, I mean people will literally lend their SSNs to help relatives or friends out. In the Mexico side, when people really do want to work, they're not trying to take advantage of unemployment insurance and such just to take an extended vacation, Mexican culture looks down upon laziness (which is ironic cause a lot of first generation Latinos in the state don't have the motivation they need when living in the hostile environment of the streets.) Mexicans actually want to work but when the system involves you having a set amount of money for a set amount of (a difficult criteria when local economies differ from federal economies) getting a simple passport or worker's visa become an impossible task.
